MISSION
To advocate, promote and facilitate the success of Hispanics in the fields of Engineering, Science, Mathematics and other technical professions; to achieve educational excellence and professional development in North Carolina. Hispanics recognized as the key leaders in science, engineering, and other technical fields.

GOALS

·         Increase the number of Hispanics entering the fields of engineering, mathematics, physical and computer science, and other technical fields.

·         Develop programs that promote the advancement of Hispanic engineers and scientists in employment and education.

·         Develop programs benefiting Hispanics seeking careers in engineering or technical fields.

·         Provide a forum for and to encourage: the exchange of technical information, professional development, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

·         Inform the general public of technical contributions and achievements of Hispanics
